We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Focused Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and referrals to minor clients and their parents/guardians.
- Create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and maintain accurate case notes.
- Collaborate with other Child Services providers, including medication management, psychological assessment services, and other mental health providers, to meet client needs.
- Coordinate services with external care providers, including case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, with a passion for meeting their unique mental health needs.
- Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology in the diagnosis and treatment of children/families.
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, with a preference for experience with DC:0-5, ECSII/CASII, SDQ assessments.
