Job Title: EHS/CHO Specialist

Pajarito Powder LLC is seeking a highly skilled EHS/CHO Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations related to chemical safety and environmental protection
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our safety program
  • Investigate accidents and determine root causes to prevent recurrence
  • Create and provide EHS training to employees
  • Maintain accurate records of safety procedures and training
Requirements:
  • BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an EHS role
  • Advanced knowledge of chemical safety and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, mitigation, problem-solving, and risk management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
