Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a school-based setting. This opportunity provides stability and the chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services and interventions in accordance with students' IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure coordinated and effective delivery of services.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve educational objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- New York state OT license or eligibility.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
