Job Summary

We're seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting
  • Support nursing staff with tasks such as transferring patients and preparing equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current BLS certification (CPR within 90 days of hire)
  • Student in the Northside Hospital Certified Nurse's Assistant School
  • Must register for the State of Georgia Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) exam within 15 business days of course completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience
