Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated, friendly, and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and capable of working independently. This role involves regular interaction with seniors, so candidates should genuinely enjoy working with the elderly.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Eligibility as determined by background screening

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing linens and personal laundry upon request
  • Adhering to established standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
  • Cleaning resident apartments, common areas, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas
  • Inspecting and assessing the condition of apartments after residents vacate, noting normal wear and tear
  • Conducting periodic inventories of supplies and equipment
  • Researching new and improved cleaning tools and techniques
