Key Responsibilities- Assess patients in emergency situations and develop care plans to address their needs
- Implement treatments and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
