Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare client presentations, offering memoranda, and other materials
  • Execute transactions involving direct client interaction and communication
  • Manage client due diligence processes
  • Conduct extensive financial modeling and perform valuation analyses
  • Assess industry research and trends
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, primarily Technology related
  • Passion for the Technology industry
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Elevated attention to detail and consistency in work product
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, lean deal team work environment
  • Organized and proactive; motivation to contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dealogic, CapIQ, Bloomberg and MS Office suite knowledge strongly preferred
  • Series 63, 79 licenses and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 at the time of this posting. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
