Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality student support services. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy sessions to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Direct Therapy Sessions: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based practices to promote effective communication and social skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments and ensure that students receive consistent support across settings.
  • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Track and document student progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid California SLP license or ability to obtain.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
