The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Clarks Summit State Hospital. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our consumers.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating consumer care based on standards of nursing practice and standards of consumer care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate consumer care based on standards of nursing practice and standards of consumer care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to consumers.
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer care and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with consumers, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance consumer care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Current, valid PA Registered Nurse license.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
