Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage on-site construction laborers, trades, deliveries, and client expectations.
  • Review project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Monitor job profitability and implement strategies to improve execution and maintain gross margin.
  • Coordinate with inspection authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Enforce corporate safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to obtain necessary documentation and satisfy client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure project completion and provide clear direction.
  • Train, motivate, and coach technicians to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation and attend company meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
  • Strong understanding of large exterior and interior construction.
  • Experience in construction, water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage remediation.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA30 certification.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift.
  • On-call rotation.
  • Weekends as needed.
