Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:
Stay informed about product specifications related to prepared food items; work with cross-functional teams and assist in training fellow associates; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to business needs by working in various areas.

Expertise in Food Preparation:
Prepare food according to specifications; plan for future and mass production; prepare for seasonal demands; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage inventory; and maintain equipment cleanliness.

Technology Utilization:
Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve customer experiences, and boost associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and quality.

Ownership of Responsibilities:
Drive performance in the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality control; assist members with their needs; and resolve any issues or concerns.

Talent Development:
Act as a brand ambassador; inspire and influence others to work in a respectful and supportive manner; understand challenges and assist in training; and collaborate with managers and co-workers to meet expectations and improve processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications:
Food Service experience and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
