Host Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Vascular Imaging Specialist to join their team for a travel healthcare assignment in the Atlanta area.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and certified Vascular Technologist to provide top-notch patient care and imaging services at our partner facility. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality vascular imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Provide excellent patient care and communication, ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the imaging process
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular imaging or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
