Custodial Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at HiEmployment. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including sidewalks, concrete roadways, gutters, and drains
• Empty waste containers and ashtrays, and replace trash liners as needed
• Dust and disinfect all pay phones, restrooms, and fixtures
• Restock restroom supplies and maintain the appearance of parking structures, elevators, and lobbies
• Respond to emergency spills and messes, and sanitize food court areas
• Monitor and vacuum carpeted areas daily, and report maintenance problems

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and walk continuously for eight hours outdoors
• Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times
• Previous custodial experience preferred

Starting pay rate: $20/hour
