Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the Community Development Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Planning Division.
  • Serve as a principal point of contact with external and internal constituencies and public-private partners.
  • Support economic and physical growth activities associated with community planning, economic development, and building services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in urban planning/design, public administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in planning/economic development, including three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • CEcD and/or AICP certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
