Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Mo'Bettahs. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing our meats to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Cook and prepare meats to the appropriate temperature and serve in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items.
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served in a timely manner.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.
- At least 16 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
