Job Summary

Talent4Health is seeking a skilled contract nurse RN to join our team in a NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a NICU setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in California
  • 2 years of recent Level 4 experience in NICU
  • Strong Level 3 RN experience may be considered if from a Level 3 NICU that performs surgeries on newborns
  • Will consider strong 1st time traveler
  • BLS certification
  • Advanced NRP certification
  • PALS certification preferred
  • Ability to float between units (PICU & CVICU) and NICU satellite campuses
  • Must have own transportation
  • Experience in oscillator, conventional ventilator, CPAP, Nasal Cannula specialty gases, PICC lines, Broviacs, UAC UVC PAL lines, trachs, ostomies, and G-Tubes
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
  • Every other weekend rotation
