Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute complex data programs, leveraging technical skills in R, Python, Excel, SAS, and SQL to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Develop high-quality written communications, persuasive presentations, and compelling deliverables tailored to client needs, showcasing your expertise in healthcare analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure holistic solutions to business problems, driving organizational goals and improved healthcare outcomes.
  • Mentor junior team members and train sessions to build internal capabilities, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Healthcare, Finance, or related industry analytics role, with a proven track record of working with large datasets.
  • Extensive experience in designing and executing complex data programs, including data extraction and analysis using R, Python, SQL, SAS, and/or VBA.
  • Ability to create efficient and scalable models, driving business insights and decision-making.
  • Credentialled Actuary (ASA or FSA) or on the Actuarial exam track, having passed a minimum of 4 or more Actuarial exams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience working for a healthcare consulting practice, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and presenting analytical findings, showcasing your expertise in healthcare analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience with Git version control system and knowledge of DevOps and agile development practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
