Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager with the supervision of housekeeping staff to ensure prompt and efficient service to clients.
  • Monitor and handle guest complaints in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct regular inspections of suites and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on housekeeping operations, including maintenance work orders and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
