Position Overview

At Carespring, we are looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

Compensation: Up to $13-$14 Per Hour During Training

*Pay increases upon successful completion of certification*

Your commitment and reliability are essential, as our residents will rely on your support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to resident call lights
  • Providing hydration and snacks to residents
  • Assisting with laundry and making resident beds
  • Marking personal items to avoid cross-contamination
  • Setting up dining areas for meal service
  • Engaging in one-on-one interactions and companionship with residents
  • Supporting activities and completing non-direct care tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for elder care
  • A willingness to learn and develop in the healthcare sector
  • Eligibility to work in a skilled nursing environment
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of care
