Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making repairs as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance of the property, including painting, drywall work, and air filter change outs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Maintain the cosmetic appearance of the property
- Perform basic electrical repairs and identify/perform breaker resets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights
