As a Senior AV Technician, you will be responsible for providing independent hands-on audio visual installation experience in high-end homes with a strong focus on superior customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom audio visual solutions for high-end residential clients, including installation of projectors, screens, and other audio video equipment.
  • Build and configure racks, install cabling, fiber optics, and mount audio visual devices and control units.
  • Install and configure audio video products and components as specified by blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Load and configure Snap One control systems, with some programming required.
  • Install high-end theater sound systems, including Dolby systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience installing and commissioning residential Audio Visual equipment, including video panels, speakers, racking, cabling, and related components.
  • Experience installing and configuring Cisco networking, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting Snap One systems, with some programming experience at a basic level.
  • Knowledge of installing and configuring Dolby audio systems is highly desired.
  • Ability to read CAD-generated prints and building blueprints and riser diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on any device.
  • Basic English proficiency and math skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-60 lbs., climb, crawl, and raise items overhead.
