We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Science Specialist to join our team at Nidec. As a Data Science Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and deploying AI systems that meet the company's high standards. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that can produce accurate and comprehensive data from internal sources.

  • Design and Develop AI System: Create a cutting-edge AI system capable of producing accurate and comprehensive data from internal sources. Oversee the entire AI development lifecycle, including data collection, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Data Management and Preparation: Gather, clean, and organize internal processes and specifications data. Develop and maintain a structured dataset for training and fine-tuning AI models.
  • Model Development and Fine-Tuning: Utilize OpenAI's GPT or similar models to develop and fine-tune AI systems for data creation and accuracy verification. Implement machine learning techniques to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • System Integration: Integrate the AI system with existing internal tools and databases to facilitate seamless data flow and usage. Develop user interfaces and APIs to enable efficient interaction with the AI system.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of the AI system to ensure it meets performance metrics and accuracy requirements. Validate the model's output and iterate on design based on feedback and performance data.
  • Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for the AI system, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting information. Provide training and support to internal users to ensure effective use of the AI system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor the AI system's performance and make iterative improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate new technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models, particularly with natural language processing (NLP) and data extraction tasks. Hands-on experience with OpenAI's GPT models or similar large language models. Strong background in data management, including data collection, cleaning, and structuring.
  • Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and NLP techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
