Manufacturing Automation Specialist

Lloyd, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing automation engineering systems, including manufacturing and processing equipment.

• Design, develop, and implement software/hardware changes to existing automated systems
• Plan and coordinate automation engineering projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain process control systems to ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and FDA regulations

• Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or similar)
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing and automation engineering
• Hands-on experience with process control systems and maintenance/design of process control systems
• Strong knowledge of industrial pharmaceutical machinery, proficiency in robotics and CNC programming, experience with tooling design and CAM programming
• Effective communication, technical, and management skills
