Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in a Telemetry setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results.
  • Develop and implement education plans for patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
  • 2 years of experience in a Telemetry setting
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • PALS certification preferred
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
