Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Reliability Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our aerospace systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in reliability analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential failures, and develop strategies to improve system reliability.

Responsibilities and Expectations

In this role, you will:
  1. Perform reliability analysis to identify potential failure modes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Conduct FMEA to proactively identify potential failure modes and their consequences, prioritizing mitigation strategies.
  3. Design and execute testing protocols to validate system performance under various environmental conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with circuit analysis, mechanical designs, and testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
