The position offers a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary of $129,326 per year, based on the location and qualifications. The salary range may vary depending on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.

About the Job

This role is a unique opportunity to work in a value-oriented model, influencing change on a national scale while maintaining the culture and community of our local care organizations. As a Medical Director, you will have the autonomy to practice at the peak of your license, supported by a team of experienced professionals.

The job requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program, an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in CT (or ability to obtain), and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.

You will also need to have an unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start). Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
