Piano Instructor

We are a vibrant music studio located in the heart of South Pasadena that provides quality music education to students of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to bring joy through music by offering enriching lessons and building relationships with our students.

We are currently looking to expand our services to offer group lessons and are seeking a piano instructor to teach group classes at our South Pasadena music studio. Our current openings are for Mondays-Wednesdays.

• Plan and facilitate engaging group music lessons for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our educational objectives.
• Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure student growth and knowledge.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
• Prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.

• Piano instruction: 1 year of experience.
• Experience working with children.
• Previous experience teaching lessons in a group setting.
• Familiarity with music education testing platforms such as ABRSM, RCM, CM.
