Job Description

As a Nursing Supervisor at The Village at Germantown, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to meet residents' needs, coordinating and conducting activities of daily living, addressing family/social concerns, documenting and contributing to health status assessments and care plans, administering medications, and performing skilled treatments and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing Unit, Assisted Living Unit, Wellness Center, Dementia Unit, Independent Unit, as assigned.
  • Participate in the admission of new residents.
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote independent lifestyles of residents.
  • Respond to residents' call systems promptly and courteously.
  • Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans and re-assess each resident.
  • Consistently demonstrate hospitality behavior and the core values of quality, respect, service, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Registered nurse with a current State of TN or multi-state license.
  • Ability to read regulations and write clearly.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Ability to communicate in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Ability to effectively manage and direct subordinates.
  • Physical requirements attached.
