Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Caregiving Advocate to join our team at Community Access Services. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiving Advocate, you will provide essential support in daily living activities, assist individuals with their personal goals, and foster independence and self-advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and promoting participation in community events and activities.
  • Administer medications according to training and maintain accurate health and behavioral records.
  • Create a safe, clean, and respectful environment in home or community settings.
  • Cultivate effective communication among team members, families, and external providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered support.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,680 - $45,760, reflecting the importance of your role.
