We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ARTHRITIS & RHEUMATISM ASSOCIATES P. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, interpreting, and implementing specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, evaluate, and modify patients' treatment programs in coordination with the physician.
  • Administer treatment programs per physician instructions and clarify any necessary details.
  • Complete patients' evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Bill patients and insurance companies according to established procedures and rectify any billing issues with our Business Office staff.
  • Educate patients and families on proper care and use of home instructions and exercise programs.
  • Attend required meetings and in-services, participate in professional development activities, and maintain professional affiliations and licensure.
  • Supervise PT aides as needed and perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Director/Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Entry-level degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of clinical internships in physical therapy.
  • Physical therapy license in the state in which one practices.
