Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare, set up, and maintain kitchen equipment in good condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Check the quality of food, ensuring it meets our high standards.
• Clean and stock the kitchen area, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
• Prepare food in a fast and efficient manner, meeting customer demand and expectations.
• Date and label all required items, ensuring accurate and timely labeling.
• Follow all inspection guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.

• Must know and follow sanitation procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and management.
• Must showcase excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly, responding to changing circumstances and customer demands.
• Food handler certification is a plus, but not required.
