About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Page location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales and service functions within the branch, including business development and customer relationship management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments to drive results and achieve branch goals.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years' experience in management, business development, and banking operations preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and retail banking sales success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to surrounding branches as needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages preferred.
