Responsibilities

Requirements
  • LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut
  • 2 years of experience in home health or hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
