Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders and accurately document all relevant information.
  • Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of customer loads.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding changes in schedules and potential service issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and adhere to all data protection policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the local dispatcher, including updating Tee Cards as required.

Requirements:

  • Basic office clerical skills, including typing at least 40 wpm.
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
  • Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
