Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide personal care services, assistance, and support to residents in a senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, assistance, and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents and document any changes or concerns.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including serving meals and bus tables during mealtimes.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide first-aid assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, home-like, and pleasant environment for residents.
  • Practice safety in working around and with equipment, chemicals, tools, and utensils.
  • Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, facility operations, and personnel.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Certified Nurse's Aide Certification.
  • Basic First Aid Training.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in working with older adults.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in senior living.
