As a key player in our establishment, you will provide exceptional customer service by delivering prompt and friendly assistance in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, accurately processing transactions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food options. No prior experience? No worries We offer comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general customer service tasks, including taking food orders, responding to inquiries about menu items, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Manage cash register operations and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Prepare customer orders accurately and safely from various kitchen stations, such as sandwich making, frying, grilling, or other relevant areas based on the restaurant's concept.
  • Utilize various methods and technologies to uphold food safety standards, ensuring the delivery of fresh and safe products to customers.
  • Participate in cross-training for other roles, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and potential leadership positions.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 25+ pounds and work in varying temperature conditions.
