We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Alleghany. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of food items in accordance with menus, recipes, and production sheets.

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with menus, recipes, and production sheets
• Communicate with other production staff regarding menus, recipes, and portion sizes
• Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines and policies
• Utilize proper equipment to produce standard recipes
• Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in quantity cooking
