About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Bexar Pediatric Dentists & Orthodontists (Ortho). As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dual-specialist Pediatric dentistry and Orthodontic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during patient procedures
  • Prepare and maintain patient treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Assist with radiology and other clinical tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure a positive and comfortable experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in an Ortho/Pedo setting
  • Coronal polishing, radiology, and N2O certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
