Service Advisor Job Description

At Love's Travel Stops, we're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through exceptional customer service, leadership, and salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Greet customers, address their vehicle service needs, and document issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably with a strong background in the automotive industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean safety record, as well as the ability to pass a drug screening and medical exam as required by regulations.
