Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Nurse Educator to join our team as a Clinical Instructor - Travel Nurse. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, while also contributing to the development of our nursing program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and evaluate learners in our Practical Nursing, Baccalaureate, and Master's Degree Nursing Programs.
  • Facilitate learning in various settings, including didactic, clinical, simulation, and skills lab.
  • Maintain proficiency in online delivery of concept-based nursing education.
  • Embodies the College's frameworks in all interactions with learners, collaborators, and partners.
  • Contributes to institutional accreditation activities.
  • Accountable for successful attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Five (5) years' experience in clinical nursing.
  • Two (2) years teaching experience in post-secondary professional nursing program.
  • One (1) year experience in delivery of Concept Based Nursing Education.
  • One (1) year of distance education experience.
  • Experience supervising clinical education activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical and didactic education expertise.
  • Familiarity with learning management software, Canvas preferred.
  • Proficiency in modern technology platforms and ability to quickly adapt to various software.

This position requires 100% travel to facilitate clinical teaching at our Supervised On-Ground Field Experience (SOFE) locations. All travel and lodging accommodations will be provided by the organization.
