At AnthroMed Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support our students in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing various speech and language disorders in general and special education settings.

Our Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct and indirect services to students, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders.

We offer a supportive environment with a wonderful SLP Director of Clinical Support, bi-weekly team meetings, dedicated caseload support, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students' speech and/or language needs
  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders
  • Professional Educators License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
