Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bourbon Educator to join our team at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in Bardstown, KY. As a Bourbon Educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of bourbon with visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead guided walking tours and tastings, providing in-depth information about our products, heritage, and industry.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to groups of varying sizes and demographics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tours and events.
  • Monitor visitor activities to ensure compliance with establishment regulations and safety practices.
  • Provide directions and information to visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience and knowledge of bourbon industry principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college coursework completed.
  • Familiarity with bourbon knowledge and language.
Physical Demands

This role requires occasional standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers to handle objects. Lifting and moving up to 20 pounds may be required.
