Job Summary

To ensure the quality and integrity of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, our Quality Assurance Specialist III will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting incoming materials, conducting tests and verifications, and maintaining compliance with established specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials, packaging components, and returned goods for compliance with established specifications.
  • Conduct tests and verifications as necessary to ensure quality and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, tests, and verifications.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve compliance issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report any gaps or deviations in manufacturing and packaging processes that may impact product quality.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-compliance.
  • Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
