Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials, packaging components, and returned goods for compliance with established specifications.
- Conduct tests and verifications as necessary to ensure quality and integrity.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, tests, and verifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve compliance issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report any gaps or deviations in manufacturing and packaging processes that may impact product quality.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-compliance.
- Perform routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and protocols.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
