Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K-1 Speed Inc. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer transactions, supervising the cash register, and delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival and process their orders at the cash register
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain precise records of all cash transactions and reconcile the cash register daily
  • Take orders, prepare food, and ensure prompt delivery to customers
  • Keep the area clean and organized, including stocking and cleaning surfaces
  • Coordinate events and activities effectively
  • Promote menu items and specials to boost sales
  • Offer and sell packages to customers, with the opportunity for commissions
  • Assist with additional assigned tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Prior experience in cash handling or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Obtain a Food Handlers Certificate and Alcohol Handlers Card post-hiring
  • Past cash handling experience is an advantage
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
