We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work primarily at our Great Neck and Glen Cove facilities. Our clinics are equipped with advanced technology and supported by a skilled team, creating an ideal setting for professional growth and patient care.
Schedule Requirements:
Great Neck - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Glen Cove - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized treatment to patients.
- Design, implement, and execute tailored occupational therapy programs aimed at enhancing physical function, alleviating discomfort, and preventing occupational challenges.
- Fabricate custom splints for patients as needed.
- Conduct initial assessments, analyze data to identify issues, and establish diagnoses prior to treatment.
- Formulate and oversee care plans that promote adherence and optimize patient outcomes.
- Assess treatment effectiveness at various intervals and modify approaches to maximize benefits.
- Willingness to work with patients of all ages and possess experience in sensory integration.

- Graduate of an Occupational Therapist program.
- Valid New York Occupational Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.
- 1-2 years of relevant occupational therapy experience.
