About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut MACYS. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship-building.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Secure company assets and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
