We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Engineer to join our team at Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and troubleshoot alerts from our monitoring system.
  • Troubleshoot and provide fault isolation for remote locations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls and Aruba Wireless Networks.
  • Implement approved architecture and deploy new and/or expanded network systems.
  • Configure, operate, and maintain the network routing infrastructure.
  • Perform regular maintenance on network devices, including system backups, log reviews, and OS upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation on routing policies, procedures, and configurations.
  • Be available on call 24/7 using a rotation schedule.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
