Job Title: Seasonal Beauty Host

About the Role:
As a Seasonal Beauty Host with L'Occitane En Provence, you will be responsible for creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season. You will immerse our guests in the warmth of Provence through personalized beauty moments, forming genuine, trusted relationships with each guest while experiencing luxury through our iconic products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience & Hosting: Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset. Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.
  • Store Operations: Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first.
  • Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.

Additional Information:
The pay rate for this role is $24.00 per hour.
