Job Description

At LTC Therapy, we're seeking a skilled Certified Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a full-time employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.


About This Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to implement personalized care plans and interventions to improve patients' mobility. You will treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. By providing exceptional care, demonstrating empathy, and documenting treatment outcomes, you will enhance patients' physical abilities and well-being.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience
  • An active state PTA license is required; we offer comprehensive training and ongoing education opportunities
  • Unlimited employee referral bonus of up to $1,000 each
  • Multiple locations offered, but optional, for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunity at additional locations
  • This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency
