In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our spa's recurring membership model, driving growth, and exceeding sales targets. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention, while also mentoring and coaching our sales team to achieve their best performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to drive membership conversion and sales growth.
- Craft and run ongoing sales training programs for our spa associates.
- Analyze customer satisfaction scores and identify areas of opportunity.
- Create a competitive culture that fosters education, motivation, and performance.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in leading a sales or commission-based sales team.
- Strong oral communication skills to set sales expectations, coach to performance, and deliver results.
- Familiarity with commission sales and membership revenue streams.
- Able to motivate people based on their personality and drive results.
